During your visit to Alsace, you can join me for a cooking class that focuses on using fresh, high quality local ingredients. This immersive 3 hours experience includes preparing a delicious meal, possibly followed by a wine tasting session that highlights the region’s finest vintages.
If you’d like to expand your culinary journey, we can also meet in the heart of Colmar to shop for fresh products at Marché Couvert, a historic covered market that showcases the best of our culinary culture. I’d be delighted to guide you through selecting the finest ingredients while introducing you to the key flavor of Alsace. It’s a beautiful way to connect with the region and deepen your understanding of our culinary traditions during this little tour.
